A chair for life – The Tripp Trapp chair, a lifetime aid, can hold up to 136 kg of weight of the child and allows easy adjustment of the back and footrest. ULTIMATE PURPOSE DESIGN - Tripp Trapp was designed by Peter Opsvik in 1972. The inspiration was his son Tor, who no longer fit in a high chair, but too small for a normal chair. Opsvik wanted shared meals as a family.
