【THE TASTE OF THE BLACKBERRY IN A SPOON 】: Mix the powder into Greek yogurt, skyr, porridge or granola to easily add the fruity character of blackberries. A practical solution when you want to use the fruit without having to prepare it every time. 【100% MORE, NOT AN INSTANT DRINK】: The package contains only one ingredient: blackberries. It is not an instant sugary preparation for drinks, syrups or milkshakes. No added sugar, naturally contains sugar. 【FORMED LUMBES? It is normal: we do not use anti-caking agents. The powder can therefore naturally compact, form soft lumps or partially take the shape of the bag. Shake the package, massage it gently or remove the powder with a spoon. 【GROUND FRUITS, NOT SOLUBLE POWDER 】: Freeze dried and ground blackberries are not intended to dissolve completely as an instant preparation. Small particles or a slight deposit may remain visible. For drinks, stir vigorously or use a shaker or blender. 【ONE INGREDIENT 】: 100% more. No added sugar and no anti-caking agent. The taste, colour and fruity character come directly from the fruit. 【YOGURT, PORRIDGE & MUESLI 】: Add it to Greek yogurt, skyr, oatmeal, granola or chia pudding. Start with a small amount and gradually increase according to the recipe and fruity intensity you prefer. 【SMOOTHIE BOWL SMOOTHIE】: Pair with strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, banana, milk or vegetable drinks. The blackberry character also lends itself well to berry preparations. In liquids, shaker and blender help to better distribute the powder. 【CHEESECAKE, PANNA COTTA & ICE CREAMS】: Incorporate it in cheesecake, panna cotta, mousse, creams, ganache, icing, parfaits or homemade ice cream. The powder form allows you to add blackberry without directly pouring a puree or juice. 【NATURAL VARIATIONS ARE POSSIBLE】: Blackberries are a natural agricultural product. Colour, sweetness and fruity character can therefore vary slightly from batch to batch.
