The device is WiFi enabled for compatibility with our iVide App. COMMERCIAL USE - The interface can show both the set point and the current water temperature at the same time. Made from stainless steel for commercial durability. SPECIALTY KITCHEN APPLIANCE - Heats to the perfect temperature - no more, no less - meaning your food will never overcook. Temperature range: 5°C to 95°C, with accuracy of 0.07°C. SOUS VIDE COOKING - Circulates the water at a rate of 4.5 litres/minute- the perfect gadget for water baths. There is an audio & visual notification at the end of the set cooking period. The timer can be set between 1 minute and 99 hours. WATER RESISTANCE - The cooker is IPX7 water resistant, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes without damaging the device. Can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
