Looking for a new favourite drink? Turmeric latte or golden milk is yellow, is boiled in (plant) milk and is very easy to prepare. Easy to prepare: 1 teaspoon turmeric latte mixture (approx. 2 g) stir in 250 ml (plant) milk, heat and sweeten as desired. Preparation according to Ayurveda (golden milk): 1 teaspoon turmeric paste (make turmeric paste: 1 heaped tablespoon approx. Stir 8g turmeric latte mixture with 30 ml of warm water, bring to a simmer until a paste emerges. Store paste in the fridge.) Stir in 200 ml (plant) milk and heat, simmer over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Refine with 1 teaspoon coconut oil and sweeten as desired. Note: spices do not dissolve completely.
