The silver needle tea (Bai Hao Yinzhen) is one of the white teas and is mainly grown in China. The buds for this tea are extracted from the Camellia Sinensis tea plant. From the white or silver hair on the buds comes the name silver needle. It tastes delicate, elegant and slightly sweet and has a clear, jade green to light yellow infusion colour. ✅ Ingredients: caffeine, health-promoting substances such as polyphenols, fluoride, potassium, zinc, iron, calcium and sodium. Preparation: approx. 8-12 grams of tea per litre at approx. 70-80 degrees Celsius for 2-5 minutes. Multiple infusions are possible. ✅ Ingredients: silver needle tea. Always store in a cool, dry, airtight and light-tight. With proper storage, the silver needle tea is approx. 24 months shelf life.
