Silk Route smoked bell pepper is imported from Spain and comes from the Pimentón de La Vera region. The dry temperatures and fertile soil make for the most delicious peppers in the world. Our bell pepper is smoked over burning oak fires for several hours and gives any dish a distinctive aroma. Its unique lid, which includes both a shaker and a lid for spoon openings, makes it easy to use in different environments. Smoked paprika is used for chili con carne, patatas bravas, paella, rice dishes, chorizo sausage, pulled pork and curries as well as fish, grilled meats and spicy sauces or dips. The possibilities are endless! Add a teaspoon of our sweet, smoky peppers in a little olive oil to make a perfect marinade or seasoning mix for any dish.
