SERRANO HAM WITHOUT ADDITIVES

Serrano ham has a pleasant aroma and delicate taste.Balanced in salt. From pink to purple-red in the lean part and shiny appearance of the fat. Consume at room temperature, between 18º - 21ºC. At this temperature the slices of medium size and with some fat will be much tastier and preserve all their nutrients. Ingredients: Pork ham, salt. Contains no allergens The ham has no expiration date but, being a living product, its healing process continues and can be dried over time. Once opened, try to consume it in a maximum period of 2 months. Remember, when starting it, save some slices of fat that will serve to cover later the cut and preserve its texture and hydration. Store in a cool, dry place away from the sun. Cut only what you are going to consume at the moment. Present thin slices of medium size and with some fat to make them more juicy and enhance their flavor. Any occasion you want to surprise.
