28 x 28 cm square dish from the Scapant technical range. Robust and durable for cooking, browning and grasping without adding any added substance. Grease on all heat sources including induction. Practical, it is suitable for roasting meat: first grab and dine the piece of meat directly on the heat (or induction), before cooking in the oven. Its high edges prevent any overflow during cooking. The square oven dish can also be used to prepare lasagna, gratins, but also tiramisus, crumbles for the whole family.
