Frying basket made of stainless steel Ø 28 cm from the technical series from Scapant. This frying basket is compatible with the large Braisière L from the technical series Ref. SC54203008. With its diameter of 28 cm and the large height, large quantities of food can be baked. The mesh is tight (6 x 6 mm) to prevent small fries from getting through. Thus, it will be used to fry in oil (fries, nuggets, donuts...) but also to cook ravioli or cook fresh pasta. The long handle ensures that you do not get burned when handling the hot basket. The edge of the basket features a ridge to rest the basket on the edge of the pan to drain fried foods. The basket should not touch the oil.
