Developed from the Puig experience in high level competition, the R-Racer bubble is the result of collaboration with leading teams in MotoGP and WorldSBK, offering a sports screen for riders seeking aerodynamic performance, precision and racing aesthetics. Its aerodynamic design has been optimized through virtual wind tunnel studies, allowing an improvement in the aerodynamic coefficient compared to the original bubbles. Its increased height deflects the airflow that impacts the helmet and the pilot's shoulders. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona from high impact PMMA acrylic with a thickness of 3 mm, it combines lightness, robustness and durability. The upper edge rounded to more than 2 mm complies with the German TÜV safety regulations, ensuring safe use. Each R-Racer bubble includes a detailed aerodynamic study showing improvements in rider protection and performance. It does not require any additional parts for assembly and is treated with UV radiation resistant to preserve its finish over time.
