Developed from Puig experience in top-level competition, the R-Racer windshield is born from the collaboration with leading MotoGP and WorldSBK teams, offering a sporty solution designed for riders who seek aerodynamic performance, precision and racing aesthetics. The aerodynamic design has been optimized through virtual wind tunnel studios, achieving an improvement in the aerodynamic coefficient over the original windscreens. The increased height deflects the airflow that affects the rider's helmet and shoulders. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona from 3mm thick high impact PMMA acrylic, it combines lightness, strength and durability. The rounded top profile over 2 mm complies with the German TÜV safety regulation, ensuring safe use. Each R-Racer screen includes a detailed aerodynamic study highlighting improvements in rider protection and performance. It requires no additional components for assembly and is equipped with a UV resistant treatment to maintain the finish over time.
