R-Racer bubbles are designed to provide perfect vision and to be aerodynamically more efficient than the original bubbles of each motorcycle, tested in the virtual wind tunnel to ensure they improve the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and thanks to their greater height, they deflect the wind that would affect the helmet and the rider's shoulders. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, using the most advanced technologies, made of 3 mm high-strength acrylic material, we get a strong, lightweight and durable piece with a rounded part finish >2 mm (complies with German TÜV safety regulations). The artificial vision system used during the quality control process ensures that the bubbles reach the customer in perfect condition. Assembly of the bubble does not require additional parts and each is accompanied by an exhaustive aerodynamic study where improvements in performance and driver protection are indicated.
