♥ Sparkly character with a delicately tart finish characterise this spring Darjeeling from one of the most famous tea gardens in India. Colourful, carefully crafted leaf; bright yellow-gold cup colour fine black tea characteristic. An excellent lace tea of the season - strong and dark colouring, floral, creamy mild and sweet, delicate finish - a tasteful experience! ♥ After the foundation of the garden in 1861, Ambootia developed into a fixed size in Darjeeling over the following decades. In 1987, after the takeover and reorganisation as well as modernisation by today's owners, the jump to a garden of the first category in which tea from organic cultivation has been cultivated for over 20 years. ♥ The base area of the Ambootia Tea Estate covers almost 1,000 hectares, of which more than 350 hectares under tea. Ambootia means "place of mango trees" in a figurative sense. ♥ We recommend 1-2 teaspoons (2.5 - 6 g). For preparing 300 ml of tea. The Darjeeling Ambootia can also withstand higher temperatures.
