Amazon CHOPPED PISTACHIOS 2 X 250 G – 500 g of chopped pistachios in two individually sealed resealable zip bags. Open the first and the second stays closed until you need it: no loss of aroma or crunch. The zip then keeps the pieces dry and fragrant. A practical format for anyone who often bakes, decorates or makes breakfasts, without storing a whole kilo. 100% PISTACHIO, NOTHING ELSE – The ingredient list is a single word: pistachios. No salt, oil, flavourings, preservatives or added sugar. Natural and not roasted, so the kernel keeps its delicate flavour and green colour. Per 100 g: 642 kcal, 22 g protein, 9 g fibre, 0 g salt. Vegan and naturally gluten free. When you bake, you know exactly what goes into the mix. SHELLED AND CAREFULLY SORTED – The kernels are cleaned and sorted before chopping, so shell fragments and impurities are removed. We then chop them mechanically, without heat or oil, to an even size that is easy to sprinkle and measure. You get pieces of pistachio, not crumbs or bits of shell between your teeth: what you expect from an ingredient that sits on top of the cake.
