Origin: Italy (Sicily) Description: 100% Pistachio from Sicily. Shelled, peeled, toasted to enhance the taste and ground to the consistency of a creamy and fluid paste. PACKAGING: Retail packaging, 180g glass jar. Instructions for correct use: Ready to use, intended for direct consumption or professional use. Perfect as an ingredient in sauces and condiments, mousses, bavarians, panna cotta, meringue, cheesecakes, parfaits but also ganache, spreads, ice cream and sorbets. Production: Quality Sicilian pistachios harvested in September every two years and carefully selected by hand by the farmers of the Pariani supply chain. Peeled, toasted and reduced to homogeneous and smooth paste with a bright green colour and strong pistachio flavor. Can be used in purity or as a main ingredient for other preparations.
