Linden honey is produced between June and July from the flowers of the homonymous wild plants It appears very clear when picked and then crystallizes in shades of colour from ivory to light beige. The scent is intense, mentholated that refers to the flower that produces it It preserves the natural and relaxing sedative properties of the flowers from which it is born and is therefore the ideal honey for evening herbal tea.
