Some find it invigorating and refreshing and like to prepare it cold as a non-alcoholic alternative to beer. Brewing instructions: Add 1-2 tsp of the petals to 250ml of hot water, let steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain. For best results, use a strainer or infuser.
