Use: burdock root is best processed into tea or a strong decoction: pour 2 heaped teaspoons of small cut burdock root with 1/2 litre of cold water, bring to a boil after about 5 hours, continue to boil for 1 minute, let cool and strain. 3 times a day, 1 cup can be drunk from this tea.
