The contrast filter is made of homogeneous optical glass with multi-coating and impresses with its high imaging quality and sharp contours. With a light transmission of 30%, the filter is suitable for spotting scopes and telescopes with smaller diameters (up to 150mm recommended). Due to its metal frame, the telescope filter is particularly stable and can be screwed onto (almost) all 1.25" eyepiece threads. The telescope moon filter reduces the brightness and increases the contrast, e.g. of planets or during bright moon phases. In addition to the eyepiece filter, the scope of delivery also includes a matching plastic storage box for safe transport.
