Amazon Oil from double-zero rapeseed from Polish fields, cold-pressed at the Polish Olvita oil mill – 500 ml bottle. One ingredient: 100% rapeseed oil, unrefined. Double-zero rapeseed is a variety with a low content of erucic acid and glucosinolates. Vegan product. Contains 9 g of omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid, ALA) per 100 g – approx. 1 g per 12 g serving. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA. Mild flavour – for salads, sauces, marinades, sandwich spreads and raw vegetable salads; also suitable for short frying and baking at lower temperatures.
