The nose stands out an intense green fruity, with herbaceous and vegetable aromas reminiscent of tomato, artichoke or aromatic herbs and slightly more ripe notes of fresh fruit reminiscent of apple, mango, green banana and almond. In the mouth it is soft at first, remembering the same sensations perceived in the nose. The bitter and spiciness are present with a hint of burning and very well balanced.
