Amazon I discovered this dish in Korea quite quickly because it is a dish that comes to the house, I thought that the Jjajangmyeon were made with dry ink so much that the sauce was dark and black in color. It is actually a sauce made with fermented black soy paste, this dish was created by Chinese who had immigrated to Korea and who wanted to copy their traditional zhajiangmian recipe, but with local products.
