The organic extra virgin olive oil obtained from only the Nocellara del Belice Centonze variety comes exclusively from the organic olives of the good Case di Latomie. It is characterised by the balanced, round and full fruit taste and by a particularly dense consistency. Thanks to its herbaceous fragrance, combined with a certain gentleness, it is ideal for raw as well as cooked fish, soups with legumes, fresh meat and vegetable dishes. Thanks to the centuries-long past and the "archaeological" and "cultivated" landscape of the native olive groves of the Nocellara del Belice type, which have always been organically cultivated, and a very low environmental impact, Centonze was declared a "Slow Food Presidium for Extra Virgin Olive Oil" in May 2015.
