Neutral density filter, especially suitable for photographing in extreme brightness, it is also used for branded blur of the background to highlight the subject or for deliberately moving shooting. Example: Waterfall photos with wavy effect, portraits in full light with blurred backgrounds, photos of daytime landscapes with long exposures to avoid the image of passers. The variable ND filter thanks to the two rotating lenses can achieve light reduction from 2 to 9 stops (ND2-400) All variable Nd filters consist of 2 polarized lenses one circular and one linear mounted opposite each other. Rotating them will pass more or less light until it absorbs about 9 stops. The quality is very good, but you should consider that . At maximum polarization an optical aberration such as a cross, cross-bow, (this is normal for any filter of this type). Then you need to rotate the filter slightly to return to a slightly smaller density, it would be useful to mark the filter with a pencil to indicate the maximum point beyond which not to go. There are notches on the filter but may vary from lens to lens. The aberration is also visible in the viewfinder. Excellent quality, pure glass lens and ring in anodised aluminium 4 mm thickness. Our filters are double thread on top and bottom, allowing you to screw other filters and/or accessories above. IMAGE STYLE GUARANTEE DIGITAL HD
