Nutritional yeast, also known as nooch, is a popular flavour booster among plant-based eaters. Nature’s Balance Nutritional yeast has been fortified with B vitamins including B12 and Vitamin D, which are both essential Nutrients which classically are found in meat based foods. This makes Nutritional yeast a tasty way to add these vital nutrients back into a plant based diet. It has a rich, fermented, "cheesy" flavour that mimics a creamy, cheese sauce when blended with ingredients such as nuts, beans, and starchy vegetables.
