Due to the special manufacturing process, instant coffee is gluten-free, as prolamine and gluteline (which form gluten) are not water-soluble and remain in the filter. The ingredients are partially malted, roasted, roughly ground and blended before being brewed to produce a strong coffee extract. The liquid extract is converted into fine powder by spray drying, which is then filled. Naturata Performs regular analyses to ensure that the gluten content in instant products remains below the detection limit. Even after filtering the coffee extract, the cereal coffee is gluten-free, as the adhesive protein-containing substances are retained in the filter.
