Our freeze-dried sour cherries are made from fresh sour cherries, through the gentle process of freeze drying. Gentle manufacturing process – so that our fruits are so aromatic and delicious and arrive at you, our products are freeze-dried. During freeze drying, the fruits are first frozen in special freeze drying systems and then the water is removed in vacuum chambers. So the fruits retain their aroma, their colour but above all their taste and almost all vitamins. 100% natural taste – ideal as a tooping to your cereal, porridge, granola, smoothie bowl, yoghurt or just as a crispy snack for in between. Also perfect for dessert toppings or for baking snacks such as oatmeal biscuits, cereal bars and granola. Freeze-dried fruits are very nutrient-rich, especially in vitamins and fibre. Compared to fresh fruits, freeze dried ones are very light and crispy. No added sugar – no flavours – no additives – all our products are 100% pure natural products and are gently processed without additives, so that all important properties, such as nutrients and aromas are preserved.
