Happy Morning berry mix – Our freeze-dried berry mix consists of 40% black currants, 40% raspberries and 20% strawberry slices. The berry mix is made from sun-ripened fruits through the gentle process of freeze-drying. Gentle manufacturing process – so that our fruits arrive so aromatic and delicious, our products are freeze-dried. During freeze drying, the fruits are first frozen in special freeze drying systems and then the water is removed in vacuum chambers. 100% natural taste – ideal as a topping to your cereal, porridge, granola, smoothie bowl, yoghurt or just as a crispy snack for in between. Also perfect for dessert toppings or for baking snacks such as oatmeal biscuits, cereal bars and granola. Freeze-dried fruits are very nutrient-rich, especially in vitamins and fibre. Compared to fresh berries, freeze dried ones are very light and crispy. No added sugar – no flavours – no additives – our freeze-dried fruits are 100% pure natural products and are gently processed without additives, so that all important properties, such as nutrients and aromas are preserved.
