These dive watches are a modern take on our 1980s model, made specifically for a US contractor who won a major sale to one of his customers. The watch features a sturdy stainless steel case and is equipped with a high-performance 24-ruby self-winding automatic movement. Several improvements have been made to the original design, including shatter-proof, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and increased water resistance. The watch face is unbranded (military, it is referred to as "sterile"), giving the watch a very clean and tidy look. This watch is based on a 1980 British Ministry of Defence specification for automatic diving watches, which included a unidirectional bezel and bold engraved dial and mineral glass. While retaining the spirit of the 80s design, this watch includes modern improvements such as a sapphire crystal for durability. These models represent excellent value for money and are competitively priced for a high performance automatic watch. This watch combines the historical design and functional integrity of its predecessors with modern upgrades to meet the needs of today's professionals and enthusiasts.
