The MSR Hubba Hubba LT 1 is designed as a highly breathable and spacious solo shelter for backcountry trips, offering a comfortable place to rest after a day on the trail.Inside, the tent provides 1.82 m² of living space with a non-tapered floor that fits modern rectangular sleeping mats. The canopy is made from solution-dyed micromesh, allowing for strong airflow while keeping insects out, making it well suited for star-gazing on clear nights. The door uses a no-curve design with zippers that can be operated with one hand and close to a fixed point, so it’s easy to locate even in low light. Storage is handled with interior pockets that include cable ports for charging cords and headphones, along with an overhead gear loft for small essentials. A clothesline is also included for drying damp items.On the outside, the tent uses a symmetrical structure for quick and straightforward setup. DAC poles provide a stable yet lightweight frame, while a PFAS-free water-repellent coating and sealed seams help keep rain out. The rainfly includes a vestibule for gear storage, a StayDry™ gutter to manage water at the entrance, and a kickstand vent to improve ventilation.
