The heel wedge incorporates MIZUNO ENERZY NXT. Cushioning is maintained in the top midsole while also providing stability. 2) MIZUNO WAVE (Support type) Wave shape designed for people with overpronation. Changing the inside and outside shapes helps stop the foot arch from collapsing and offers high stability. The anatomical plate shape follows the shape of the foot for smooth weight transfer from ground contact to kick off. 3) Upper The mesh upper provides excellent breathability and a comfortable fit.

The entire sole is made with the new Mizuno Enerzy NXT material, infused with nitrogen, which combines high cushioning to absorb the impact of running with excellent energy return for a powerful start.
