Mirka Polarshine 25 is a powerful polishing compound ideal for polishing gelcoat surfaces. Its coarse grit quickly and easily removes imperfections and sanding scratches from P800 and finer on gelcoat finishes. Tip: for polishing painted surfaces, we recommend Mirka Polarshine 35. Provides a beautiful gloss. Fast and efficient polishing action. Silicone-free. Directions for use of polishing compound for gelcoat We recommend applying Mirka Polarshine 25 with a machine. Follow the instructions below for a perfect polishing result: Shake the bottle well before use. Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry. Put a small amount of compound on a polishing pad. Polish the surface at 800 - 2000 rpm with a rotary polishing machine.  Polish one section of approximately 40 x 40 cm at a time for the best result.  Continue polishing until the desired final gloss is achieved. Wipe the surface clean after polishing with a clean microfibre cloth. Tip: when using a wool polishing pad, holograms may remain on the surface.
