Greek organic mountain tea (Sideritis Scardica and Sideritis Raeseri) from the mountains of Greece. 【New Harvest - May-June 2025】 Excellent quality mountain tea, growing at altitudes of 1000-1300 m on the mountains of Greece. The crops are harvested by the farmers by hand. It is also hand wrapped. From controlled organic cultivation according to EU eco-regulation, no additives, no flavours, no genetic engineering. Small black grains, sometimes seen in the packaging, are a sign of the naturalness of the tea: it is the seeds of the plant. Mountain tea cut with flowers, can be enjoyed warm or cold. Important to know: For the preparation you use the whole plant, i.e. stems, flowers and leaves. Pour 5-7 g with 250 ml of hot water and approx. Leave to steep for 7-15 minutes. Our mountain tea has a slight sweetness and is very aromatic. It is naturally dried so that it can preserve its excellent quality and pleasant fragrance.
