This is a wear-resistant micro Swiss plated nozzle for Volcano Hotend 1.75 mm filament. It is made of a 360 brass base material and is coated with TwinClad XT coating. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating designed for very low friction. It offers one of the lowest coefficients of friction, better than nickel with PTFE co-coating. This coating is also very hard and abrasion resistant. If you work with abrasive carbon fibres, stainless steel, wood-filled or other metal-filled filaments, this will significantly extend the life of your nozzle.
