The original Maymom bottle size changer of the 3rd Generation features an O-ring to prevent leaks and slipping; it is designed to prevent leakage when the nut bends down when pumping, and to reduce the possibility of the bottle being turned out so as not to obstruct the duckbill and to facilitate screwing on both the wide-neck flanges and to the standard size bottles. Allows you to use the flanges and Spectra S1 and Spectra S2 with standard size bottles, such as bottles, Ameda bottles and original Dr. Brown bottles (Note: does not fit the Dr. Brown wide mouth bottles) to replace the wide mouth spectra bottles.
