Escabeche is a form of highly aromatic processing that extends the life of food, the name comes from the Arabic sikbâg (Persian dish that appeared in "Thousand and One Nights"). This form of preservation includes 4 elements: fire, vinegar, olive oil and herbs, to get a perfect balance in our workshop with Perdiz. Open it and let it oxygenate for at least 5 minutes. No dyes, additives or preservatives. It contains no gluten, no egg, no milk or derivatives.
