Handcrafted with high quality extra thick copper that diffuses heat evenly and effectively. The copper is hammered by hand, an aesthetic finish, which also reinforces the strength of the cataplana. Durable tinned interior, food safe. Solid riveted brass handles allow easy opening/closing of the lid and once closed, fully airtight cooking. Allows for multiple types of cooking: cataplana, wok, sauté pan, you choose. Suitable for all heat sources except induction and oven safe up to 280°C. Open size: 55 x 33 x 6.5 cm high.
