Our organic blueberry powder is made from whole organic wild blueberries (also known as blueberries, V. myrtillus), so it contains pulp, seeds and skins of freeze dried organic blueberries. 250g Organic Wild Blueberry Powder = 194kg of fresh and juicy organic wild blueberries. Our wild blueberry powder is purple or dark purple in color, unlike grown blueberries, and it is so throughout the berry. Our secret ingredient is freeze-drying. We freeze our wild blueberries, an excellent method of preserving nutrients and taste in berry powder. Wild blueberries contain up to four times more anthocyanins than cultivated blueberries. Since our organic blueberry powder has a very fine texture, it mixes easily with smoothies, yogurt, porridge, granola, protein shakes and more. Please note: Since the powder is made exclusively from whole wild blueberries and nothing else, our freeze-dried blueberry powder (such as fresh blueberries and unlike cranberry juice powder) does not dissolve in water.
