Ligurian Green Pesto 90 gr

Pesto with garlic from Frantoio Sant'Agata d'Oneglia is made only with the best traditional Ligurian ingredients such as Genovesa Basil DOP, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pine nuts and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged for 30 months. The Ligurian pesto by Frantoio Sant'Agata is not pasteurized and therefore retains all the aroma and goodness of authentic Genoese pesto, together with the freshness of the flavors and the characteristic bright green color. As this pesto is very tasty, we recommend not to salt, or very little, the cooking water from the pasta and dilute it with a couple of tablespoons of the same cooking water before use.
