We use a whopping 104g of fruit to get 100g of finished product, with 69% carefully selected, sweet and sun-laden Sicilian figs. CLEAN LABEL: Our strength is simplicity. Only 3 ingredients: Figs (69%), White Cane Sugar and Orange Juice. No added pectin, preservatives, dyes or artificial thickeners. CRAFTSMANSHIP: The compote is cooked in open air in a water cavity pot and closed to a perfect sugar level. A slow and controlled process that preserves the pulp and natural fragrance of the fruit. BALANCE OF FLAVORS: The natural sweetness and richness of the fig tree is masterfully balanced by a light splash of orange juice, which gives freshness and prevents the product from being cloying.
