From the immense chatter chambers of China's specialities, this piece of jewellery was salvaged. At over 1000 metres in height, this tea is produced in the southeast of the Chinese high mountains. This has happened over 100 years. The green soul of the tea remains clearly visible, as the leaves are only fermented very briefly after traditional hand picking. The consistent plumping "two leaves an a bud" already becomes a dry leaf very clear. The mug has a shimmer of light green with a slope towards the champagne colour. A spicy taste and a mild, slightly fruity note distinguishes this tea.
