This tea comes from a small tea plantation on the border of Nepal, which offers flowery and rather soft teas due to its high Sinensis leaf content, at altitudes of up to 1,848 m. The name Lingia is derived from the term linge, which in the language of the lepcha means "triangle of eight mountain tops". This garden was built before approx. 140 years. Our quality delights with its light gold cup and a small, medium-dark Sinensis leaf interspersed with green tips. The taste is soft and floral, with a slight bite, the fragrance aromatic and round. The right preparation of black tea Darjeeling BIOTGFOP Lingia First Flush is also crucial. Here's our tip: use 4/5 heaped TL/1 litre. of the black tea Darjeeling BIOTGFOP Lingia First Flush and leave it at 100 °C for approx. 2/4 minutes. Pull
