At the heart of a workshop located in Haute-Provence (France), the master confectioners of La Manufacture du Roy René perpetuate traditional know-how. Roy René's chocolate olivettes are roasted almonds, carefully selected, coated with a layer of dark chocolate and then a veil of white chocolate. Their appearance is inspired by olives that punctuate the Provencal landscape with green and black shades. The old-fashioned copper turbiner allows the chocolate to be deposited in thin, homogeneous layers, reproducing the gestures of yesteryear and guaranteeing a melting texture and a perfect coating.
