GROWN AND MADE IN ITALY: This EVO oil is made by LEFAS oil mills in San Severo, Foggia, in the heart of the Apulia region. It is of the highest quality and comes directly from olives and exclusively mechanically. Contents: 1 can of 5 litres of monocultivar Provenzale extra virgin olive oil. It is extracted cold from Provencal olives, which are one of the ten best olive varieties in the world The olives are pressed at room temperature within 24 hours after harvest.
