The eucalyptus honey La Puela comes from the valleys located closest to the coast. It is harvested during the months of May and June, before the spring season gives way to the flowering of bramble and chestnut. This pure bee honey is characterized by a light amber color with greenish notes and a very intense and persistent wet wood aroma. It has a sweet taste with slight sour notes. The vegetation that exists around apiaries determines the floral origin of our honey. Eucalyptus honey comes from the eucalyptus forests of the northwestern area of Asturias: Tineo and western coast.
