The red cabbage from Kühne is perfect as a side dish for roasts, meatballs or for Sunday dinner as a side dish. The red cabbage in a glass comes exclusively from domestic cultivation in Germany. We do not use preservatives or dyes for production. The red tuber with lots of vitamins, minerals and fibre is ideal for vegetarians and vegans.
