UNIQUE PROVENANCE: Having mastered the fine art of curing over many years, we are now making larger volumes of our premium vanilla available, which was previously reserved for the international flavour houses. DIRECT TRADE: We have long-established personal relationships with our smallholder farmers, supporting them on a daily basis from our purpose-built curing facility nestled high in the Rwenzori mountains of Western Uganda. QUALITY ASSURANCE: Each of our cured vanilla pods is re-examined at our packing facility in the U.K.; then wrapped in wax paper, which allows them to 'breathe' and maintain optimal freshness over a long period.
