Amazon Allows you to use the video signal from a computer's VGA jack and the audio signal from the headphone jack, converting it into a digital signal (image+sound) usable by an HDMI display. Passive device: no software installation required, works straight away, simply by plugging it in. On the PC side, the cable must be connected to the VGA output, the audio output and a USB plug (to power the converter electronics). On the display side, a simple HDMI plug connects to the HDMI cable attached to your screen.
