This adapter does not transform USB 3.0 into USB 3.1, and any USB 3.1 devices connected will be limited to the transfer speed of USB 3.0. Maximum transfer rate 5 Gbps (USB 3.0 Superspeed). Internal USB 3.0 19-pin female connector. USB 3.0 20-pin type "A" connector. Note: the resulting USB3.1 port will be powered as a USB3 port.
