Amazon Adds 4 SATA ports for connecting 1 to 4 SATA 6G devices independently or in a RAID cluster. With UEFI BIOS support. Compatibility: SATA 3 (backward compatible with SATA 1 and 2). Theoretical maximum throughput with SATA 3 hard drives: 600 MB/s (i.e., 6 GB bandwidth). Drivers included for: Windows/Vista/7/8/10/11; Server 2008 R2/8, Linux 2.6.x and above. PCIe Gen 2.0 card. PCI Express x4 connector, compatible with PCI Express x4, x8, and x16 slots. Supports BIOS and UEFI programming interface registers for the SATA controller. UEFI mode can be enabled or disabled via a jumper on the card. Supports error reporting, recovery, and correction. Supports message signaled interrupts (MSI). Compliant with Serial ATA 3.1 (6 Gbps) specification. Supports NCQ, FIS port multiplier (note: RAID not supported on port multiplier). Hardware RAID: RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 10.
